Free Tracked Shipping on All Orders

At Hairy Kiddos, we offer free tracked shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. During busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

GCC Countries: 4 to 9 business days 

US: 6 to 9 business days 

Rest of the world: 6 to 10 business days 

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. You can also track your order on our website using our order tracking page.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Customs clearance procedures for international orders
Weather conditions or natural events
High-volume periods such as holidays or sales events
Carrier delays
Global events or geopolitical circumstances
Regional conflict, civil unrest, or disruption affecting shipping routes and operations

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email with an update where possible.

Important Notice About Extended Delays

In some cases, particularly for UAE and GCC deliveries, orders may take longer than usual due to disruptions affecting transit routes, carrier operations, or customs processing.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to intercept, redirect, or recall it. For this reason, we are unable to process refund requests for orders that are confirmed as in transit by the shipping carrier.

This applies even where delays are longer than expected, as transit times may be extended by circumstances outside our control, including border closures, rerouted shipping networks, congestion, suspended routes, or regional instability.

We understand delays can be frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate your patience. Our commitment to you is:

  • We will communicate known delays affecting your shipment where possible
  • We will do everything we reasonably can to help your order reach you safely
  • Once your order is delivered, our standard return policy applies
  • If an order is confirmed as lost and not simply delayed, we will work with you to find a fair resolution

We encourage customers to monitor tracking updates regularly and contact us if their shipment appears to have stopped moving for an extended period.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive this within a few hours, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for support at support@hairykiddos.com

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy if you are not happy with your order for any reason. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Consider using a secure delivery location if you will not be home
  • You may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for a missing package

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will:

  • Send the correct item at no additional cost
  • Provide return instructions for the incorrect item where required
  • Treat the issue as a priority to minimise inconvenience
